Job Description
A Royal Enfield Sales Executive is responsible for driving motorcycle, gear, and accessory sales at authorized dealerships. The role requires achieving monthly targets, conducting test rides, and providing expert product knowledge to deliver an premium, brand-authentic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Achieve showroom sales targets for motorcycles, riding gear, accessories, and extended service packages.
- Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers, understand their riding needs, and explain specifications, features, and finance/insurance options.
- Test Rides & Demonstrations: Facilitate and accompany customers on test rides, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. [1, 2, 3]
- Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, digital inquiries, and phone calls. [1, 2]
- Relationship Building: Maintain a CRM of new and existing customers to drive repeat business, encourage referrals, and invite riders to community events. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Showroom Standards: Maintain product displays, keep gear sections organized, and ensure corporate identity norms are followed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Graduate. ITI or Automobile Diplomas are highly preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in automotive, retail, or direct sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are often accepted.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in local language(s) is mandatory, with English/Hindi being strong assets.
- Attributes: Passionate about motorcycles, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
