Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for:

• CCTV & surveillance systems
• Fire alarm systems
• Access control & biometrics
• Home & building automation
• Video door phones & digital locks
• boom barriers & parking solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

Boom Barrier Sales & Dealer Development

• Drive sales of boom barriers and parking solutions
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
• Provide training, support, and guidance to dealer network
• Expand market reach through strategic partnerships

Marketing & Branding

• Execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Promote company products through social media, events, and networking platforms
• Coordinate with design/creative teams for promotional materials
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor analysiS

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination
• Handle client queries and provide suitable solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years experience in sales/marketing (security systems experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in dealer/channel development is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
• Basic technical understanding of electronic/security systems is a plus
