Job SummaryThe Banking Loan Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling banking loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, vehicle loans, and credit facilities to customers. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, guiding them through the loan application process, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, tele-calling, and marketing activities.
- Promote and sell loan products to individual and business customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approvals.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and disbursement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of banking and loan products.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in banking sales, loan processing, or financial services preferred.
- ExperienceFresher or 1–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial sales.
- Preferred QualitiesTarget-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
