Job Description (Marketing Manager)

Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends,

identify opportunities for increasing trade between Canada & India.

Identify possible barriers to trade in different sectors.

Sectoral mapping for possible opportunities. Prepare & maintain marketing collateral inclusive of presentation templates and their updation.

Development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.

Planning and executing promotional activities.

Preparation and distribution of weekly newsletter and information.

Responding to marketing queries via phone and email.

Uploading of queries on the trade portals.

Visiting external agencies. Organize trade based meets,

web-meets, seminars. Handle incoming trade delegations,

participation in trade fairs etc.

Process and develop monthly Commercial reports,

sectoral reports and other research as and when required.

Any other work as directed by superiors.

Requirements Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.

Good understanding of market research techniques,

data analysis tools and statistics methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM), ability to extract relevant data from various statistics portals and reproduce in meaningful form,

charts etc. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness,

especially on trade relations between India & Canada.

Masters in Commerce, business administration or relevant discipline.
