We are looking for an experienced and motivated Insurance Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the insurance sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support.
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and policy renewals.
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS records.
Coordinate with management for business growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
