Senior Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Procure IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, storage solutions, printers, CCTV and accessories.
• Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and service support.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations (RFQs) from multiple vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.
• Track order status and coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Service, and Logistics teams to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Maintain vendor databases and develop new supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement based on stock requirements.
• Resolve supply issues, shortages, and delivery delays.
• Verify invoices and coordinate with the Finance team for vendor payments.
• Ensure procurement complies with company policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, and vendor performance reports.

Required

• Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT product procurement.
• Experience in procuring products from brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft
