Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers and field technicians
- Act as the main point of contact for customer service inquiries and support
- Prepare and manage service-related documents (job cards, invoices, reports)
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain service records and update CRM/software systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical team)
- Ensure proper spare parts availability and tracking
- Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, ERP/CRM tools)
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
