Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain daily records of:InstallationsService callsAMC and warranty updatesEnsure proper documentation:Job Card (with invoice number & payment status)Service Call Report (with invoice number & payment status)Quotation filingMaintain both:Manual recordsDigital records (Drive/System)4. Technical ReportingPrepare detailed technical reports for all services performedEnsure accuracy and completeness of all service documentation5. Payment & Order Follow-upsPerform regular follow-ups for:OrdersPaymentsAMC servicesCustomer reviewsMandatory: Confirm payment status before leaving the customer location6. Inventory & Spare ManagementCoordinate for spare parts:Arrangement or procurement (if required)Ensure availability of tools and service materials7. 5S Implementation (Daily Discipline)Maintain cleanliness and organization in:Service areaSpare parts bagsTool kitsApron and safety gearIn-house tools and machinesFollow 5S principles:SortSet in OrderShineStandardizeSustain8.
