 Job Summary

We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily bottling and refilling plant operations during assigned shifts. The role involves managing production activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, handling manpower, and coordinating maintenance and dispatch operations for smooth plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise bottling/refilling operations as per production plans

* Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and PESO guidelines

* Monitor filling quality, pressure, sealing, and production targets

* Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and breakdown handling

* Manage manpower, shift schedules, and productivity

* Maintain production, dispatch, and safety records

* Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely operations

Qualification & Experience

* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field

* Minimum 1 year of experience in bottling/refilling plant operations preferred

* Knowledge of plant safety, pressure systems, and filling equipment
