Customer Sales & Consultation

 Welcome and engage walk in customers.

 Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

 Explain product features, craftsmanship, artwork significance, materials, and customization options.

 Recommend suitable Tanjore Paintings, Brass Idols, Wooden Décor, Gift Articles, and Home Decor products.

 Convert customer inquiries into sales. Customer Relationship Management

 Build strong customer relationships.

 Follow up on customer inquiries and customized orders.

 Assist customers in selecting products for housewarming, weddings, pooja rooms, gifting, and corporate gifting requirements. Showroom Presentation

 Ensure products are displayed attractively.

 Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the showroom.

 Ensure pricing tags and product information are properly displayed.

 Coordinate customer billing and payment processes.

 Maintain records of customer orders and delivery commitments.

 Support online and WhatsApp inquiries when required. Inventory Support

 Assist in stock verification and inventory management.

 Report low stock items to management.

 Ensure proper handling of premium and fragile products. Required Skills

 Strong communication skills in Tamil.

 Basic English communication.
