Social Media Manager

Planning and scheduling posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns, as well as coordinating with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to create treatment-related content. The candidate should be capable of capturing before-and-after photos/videos with proper client consent and developing educational content related to skincare, haircare, aesthetic treatments, and clinic services.

The role also involves running and monitoring paid social media campaigns to generate leads for consultations, treatments, packages, and memberships. The candidate will track customer inquiries received through social media and coordinate with the front office or sales team for follow-ups. Additionally, the executive will promote seasonal offers, new treatment launches, and special campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should stay updated with current social media trends, collaborate with influencers and promotional partners, manage online reputation, and analyze campaign performance. Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable improvement strategies will also be a key part of the role.
