Job Title: Social Media Manager cum Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Manager cum Coordinator who will be responsible for managing social media platforms, generating leads, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. The role involves collecting project inputs from clients and ensuring smooth execution by assigning tasks to the design, marketing, or HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• YouTube promotions
• LinkedIn campaigns
• WhatsApp bulk broadcast messaging
• Coordinate with clients to collect project requirements, content, and feedback
• Communicate and assign tasks to the design, marketing, or HR team based on project needs
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal teams
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead generation
• Maintain proper records of leads, campaigns, and client communications

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up regularly
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing
• Organized and responsible approach to work

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking
• Basic understanding of content planning and marketing strategy

Key Goal:

Generate quality leads through social media platforms while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
