Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our company’s online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy of the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish daily/weekly social media posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop creative content ideas to promote company services, projects, job openings, campaigns, and brand activities.
• Design basic social media creatives using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect photos, videos, project updates, employee activities, and marketing materials.
• Write captions, hashtags, and short promotional content suitable for each platform.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, inquiries, and leads, and coordinate with the concerned team for follow-up.
• Run and monitor paid social media ads when required.
• Track performance of posts, campaigns, reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content formats, competitor activities, and digital marketing practices.
• Support company branding, website updates, email campaigns, and other marketing-related activities as required.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are preferred.
• Good English communication and content writing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging posts and campaign ideas.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of paid ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Preferred SkillsCanva / Photoshop / Illustrator knowledge.
• Basic video editing for reels and short videos.
• Lead generation experience through social media.
• Experience in UAE market, construction, real estate, recruitment, or service industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle both organic and paid campaigns.
