Job Description: Business Development Manager – Industrial Flooring (Coimbatore)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our industrial flooring projects in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven business development skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships.

Compensation

• Pay: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Strong network and rapport with architects, builders, and consultants
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and secure new projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Role Overview

• Drive business growth by acquiring new industrial flooring projects
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
• Develop strategies to expand market presence in Coimbatore and surrounding regions
• Collaborate with technical and site teams to ensure successful project execution
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
