A Meat Supermarket Store Manager oversees daily meat department operations, ensuring high-quality product merchandising, strict sanitation standards (HACCP), and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Merchandising: Manage cutting, cleaning, and displaying meat products to maximize sales and ensure attractive displays.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Control inventory levels, order stock, maintain proper cooler/freezer temperatures, and reduce waste.
• Safety & Sanitation: Enforce rigorous sanitation procedures, health and safety regulations (HACCP), and ensure safe handling of equipment.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff in meat cutting and customer service techniques.
• Financial Performance: Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and manage budgets to meet store financial targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-5years of relevant experience in a retail meat setting, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
