Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Credit Cards to acquire new customers, promote credit card products, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for credit card products.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct field sales, corporate visits, and promotional activities.
• Cross-sell banking and financial products where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer support.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in credit card sales, banking sales, or financial services preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
