Job Description

Team Leader – Telemarketing

Professionals responsible for leading and guiding a team of telemarketing executives while also handling potential customers, presenting Just dial products and services, driving individual and team sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

 

Job Description

  • Lead, guide, and supervise a team of telemarketing executives by planning daily activities, setting targets, providing support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
  • Handle individual sales targets through tele-calling and lead conversion
  • Ensure team members achieve sales targets
  • Monitor daily calling activities, productivity, and conversions
  • Motivate and support the team to improve performance
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
  • Handle customer escalations when required


Work Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Any Degree / 3 years Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.8 LAP
