About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.

- Follow up on leads generated through social media, the website, and walk-in inquiries.

- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM or lead management systems.

- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.

- Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates.

Requirements

- Higher Secondary (12th), Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and internet usage.

- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or retail sales.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
