Telecalling Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead ConversionContact leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, Practo, and other marketing channels.
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatment appointments.
• Follow up with potential patients through calls, messages, and reminders.
• Re-engage inactive or existing patients for follow-up treatments and wellness programs.
• Maintain a high lead-to-consultation conversion rate.
• Sales & Patient CounselingExplain the clinic's treatments, services, and packages confidently.
• Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable consultation options.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective patients.
• Achieve monthly consultation booking and conversion targets.
• CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and appointment status.
• Update CRM software with patient interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with doctors, front office, and customer care teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead conversion performance.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relationship management, healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or premium retail sales.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with clients.
• Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
