Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer interactions, and contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to convert leads into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM or company databases.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and sales support.
• Prepare daily call reports and follow-up status updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in lead generation or customer relationship management.
