Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, physically fit, and technically skilled Tower Climber Technicians and Telecom Field Engineers to install, commission, align, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless telecom equipment at customer and tower sites. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, traveling to different project locations, and handling field operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClimb telecom towers safely using approved PPE and fall protection equipment.
• Install, configure, and commission UBR, RADWIN, and Cambium wireless devices.
• Mount antennas, brackets, radio units, and other telecom equipment.
• Perform Line of Sight (LOS) surveys and antenna alignment.
• Install, route, and secure Ethernet, RF, fiber, and power cables.
• Configure and test wireless links (PTP/PMP) and verify network connectivity.
• Perform site surveys and prepare installation reports.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and wireless network issues.
• Replace faulty equipment and restore network services within defined timelines.
• Capture installation photographs and submit daily work reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, NOC teams, and customers during installation and maintenance activities.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and telecom industry best practices while working on-site.
• EligibilityQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics, ECE, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or related field)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in telecom field projects will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredAbility to work at heights (30–60 meters or above).
• Basic knowledge of telecom equipment installation and commissioning.
• Familiarity with UBR, RADWIN, Cambium, and wireless networking devices.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, wireless communication, and LAN connectivity.
• Knowledge of using hand tools and testing instruments.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
• Job RequirementsComfortable with tower climbing and outdoor field work.
• Willing to travel across assigned project locations.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Knowledge of telecom safety practices, PPE usage, and fall protection.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in BharatNet, ISP, Telecom, Wireless Broadband, or Network Deployment Projects.
• Knowledge of PTP/PMP wireless links, basic networking, and field commissioning.
• Experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of wireless communication equipment.
