Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct telephonic outreach while simultaneously managing and executing our digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and a solid understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.

• Key Responsibilities1. Telesales & Lead ConversionInitiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch our products/services.
• Follow up diligently on incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer needs, handle objections professionally, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
• 2. Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationManage and optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness.
• Create, schedule, and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) aimed at lead generation.
• Design basic, engaging visual content and copy for daily posts and marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing efforts.
