Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Product - Cement (Dalmia, Chettinad. Ramco., Ultratech)

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, pricing, and offers.
  • Engage with key customer segments - engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, and cement shop owners
  • Use customer databases and platforms like Indiamart, Justdial, and TradeIndia to identify and contact new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
