Territory Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Loans Against Gold business in assigned territories. This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective sales strategies, and achieving business goals. The manager will work closely with branches and operations teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Loans Against Gold market.
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with branches and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
