Chixy Chick & Cafe 2.0 is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to plan and execute weekly and monthly content for Instagram, build brand value, and actively promote the restaurant online. You will own the process end to end planning, shooting, editing, posting, and tracking results using your phone, gimbal, and basic camera skills to create engaging Reels, Stories, and posts.

Your day-to-day includes

• Creating a clear weekly and monthly content calendar for Instagram that covers menu highlights, offers, behind-the-scenes content, staff stories, and customer experiences.
• Developing ideas to increase brand value such as themes, series, and recurring formats—and translating them into consistent visual and written content that fits the restaurant’s style.
• Having solid experience with videography, including using gimbals and basic camera stabilization techniques to shoot smooth, high-quality videos and photos in the restaurant.
• Editing short-form videos (Reels) and images on your phone, adding captions, music, and effects, and posting them with strong hooks and relevant hashtags.
• Managing the entire process independently from concept to upload, including shooting, editing, scheduling, and publishing, without needing constant supervision.
• Monitoring reach, engagement, and follower growth, and suggesting small experiments (new formats, collaborations, contests) to improve brand visibility and footfall.
• Staying updated on Instagram trends, audio, and formats, and quickly adapting them to the restaurant’s content so the page feels current and attractive to new audiences.
