United Enterprises is looking for a skilled VMC Operator / Setter Cum Incharge to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and setting VMC machines, ensuring production targets are met, and supervising machine operations on the shop floor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines for production activities
• Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and minor program adjustments
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and accuracy
• Plan and manage shift production to achieve daily targets
• Supervise operators and maintain smooth workflow in the production area
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for efficient output

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of VMC machine setup and operation
• Understanding of tooling, offsets, and machine parameters
• Ability to read engineering drawings and measurement instruments
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Leadership ability to handle shift operations and operators

Preferred Candidate:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in VMC machining
• Good problem-solving and supervisory skills
