Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Associates for our Damro Furniture Showroom in Contai.
The role involves assisting customers, explaining products, and converting walk-ins into sales.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable furniture products
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
- Follow up with customers for closing sales
- Coordinate with billing and delivery team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- 👤 Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills (Bengali + Hindi required)
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
- Smart, presentable, and energetic personality
- Experience in furniture / retail sales is an advantage
