Job Description
The Retail Billing Associate is responsible for managing all point-of-sale billing, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a positive customer experience. This role plays a critical part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the store and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong numerical aptitude and customer service skills.
1) Process customer purchases accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system
2) Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines
3) Verify pricing and product barcodes to prevent billing errors.
4) Coordinate with the inventory/stock team to update product databases and pricing.
5) Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
