Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Location: Office-based
🧾 Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships both in online & offline, manage all records of office and staffs. This role requires good communication skills and access to a smartphone and laptop for efficient work.

. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively to new customers
- Maintain accurate records of all customers
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Meet daily/weekly scheduled tasks
- Handle online and offline customers
- 💻 Requirements Must have a smartphone with good call quality
- Must have a own laptop
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
- 🧠 Skills Required:
- Good communication
Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language + basic English)
Polite and professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Presentable personality
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
