Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Financial Consultants.
✅ Recruit and onboard new advisors to build a high-performing sales team.
✅ Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. 📈
✅ Conduct regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions to improve team productivity. 🎓
✅ Monitor team performance through daily reviews and performance tracking. 📊
✅ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. 🤝
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and ethical business practices. 🛡️
✅ Support advisors during client meetings and help close high-value sales opportunities. 💼
✅ Prepare MIS reports and provide timely updates to management. 📝
✅ Create a positive, energetic, and result-oriented work environment
