Technical Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Mobile Pickup Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, inspecting mobile devices, and completing pickups as per company guidelines while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations to collect and pick up mobile devices.
• Verify customer details and inspect mobile devices as per company procedures.
• Perform basic physical checks and condition assessments of mobile phones.
• Complete pickup documentation and update the status in the company application or system.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of collected devices.
• Coordinate with customers regarding pickup schedules and timings.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups and daily activities.
• Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and service standards.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to the pickup process.
• Achieve daily pickup targets and maintain productivity standards.

Qualification:

• Candidate should be comfortable with field travel and customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile devices is desirable.
