JOB SUMMARY

The Field Service Executive will be responsible for managing field-level operations, visiting dealer and distributor locations, coordinating with customers, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong market relationships in the assigned territory.

The candidate should be comfortable with regular field travel and must represent the company professionally while handling dealer coordination, customer interaction, and operational support activities.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealer & Distributor Coordination

Visit dealers, distributors, and retailer outlets regularly

Maintain healthy business relationships with channel partners

Coordinate with dealers regarding product requirements and stock updates

Ensure proper communication between the company and dealer network

Field Operations Management

Handle daily field activities in assigned locations

Support smooth execution of operational and service-related work

Travel across assigned territories for market coverage and customer support

Submit daily field activity and visit reports to reporting managers

Sales & Customer Support

Promote company paint products and explain product features to customers

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Support customers regarding product-related queries and basic service issues

Build customer confidence through professional communication and service

Market Development

Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities

Collect competitor information and market feedback

Help improve brand visibility at dealer and retailer outlets

Support promotional activities, branding campaigns, and product awareness programs

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain proper records of field visits and customer interactions

Follow company policies, reporting systems, and operational guidelines

Ensure professional behavior and discipline during field operations

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Graduation preferred for experienced candidates

Minimum 6 months of experience in field operations, sales, delivery, or service-related roles

Experience in paints, FMCG, building materials, hardware, or retail industries will be preferred

Must have a valid Driving License

Candidate should own a Bike for field travel purposes

Candidate should be physically fit and comfortable with field work

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Basic understanding of sales and field coordination

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

SALARY & BENEFITS

Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000
