Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, billing, GST work, Tally, Excel, and daily office accounting operations. Candidate must be disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day accounts work independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally
• Handle sales and purchase billing
• Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank entries
• Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense records
• Manage GST-related data and accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Prepare reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Maintain office documents and accounting files properly
• Coordinate with sales and management team for accounts work
• Assist in stock and inventory accounting if required
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime gold
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
• Good typing speed and computer knowledge
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain records
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting background preferred
• Experience in accounts or billing department preferred
• Extra PreferenceExperience in sports, wholesale, or retail business accounting
• Knowledge of invoice handling and stock management
