Job SummaryBack Office Executive company ke daily administrative aur operational tasks ko efficiently manage karta hai. Is role mein data entry, document management, record maintenance, report preparation aur internal departments ko support dena shamil hai.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccurate data entry aur records maintain karna.
- Company documents ko organize aur update karna.
- MIS reports aur daily reports prepare karna.
- Emails aur internal communication handle karna.
- Office files aur databases ko maintain karna.
- Team ko administrative support provide karna.
- Company policies aur deadlines ka follow-up karna.
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication aur typing skills.
- Time management aur multitasking ability.
- Detail-oriented aur responsible attitude.
- Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
