• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist walk-in customers in selecting suitable paint products, shades, textures, and finishes.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Birla Opus paint solutions.
• Explain product features, coverage, pricing, and application methods to customers.
• Support customers with shade cards, colour combinations, and product comparisons.
• Coordinate with painters, contractors, and dealers for customer requirements when needed.
• Maintain proper product display, stock visibility, and cleanliness of the store section.
• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with store management.
