Job Description

A Field Sales Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles directly to customers by visiting clients, dealerships, and business locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and meet potential customers within assigned territories
  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect customer feedback and monitor market trends
  • Maintain accurate reports of visits, sales, and follow-ups

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of automobiles and competitor products
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
