Franchise Development Manager

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented marketing professional to expand the franchise network of Lov Momoz across Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, onboarding new franchise partners, coordinating outlet setup, and managing existing franchise operations to ensure smooth business growth and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development :

• Generate new franchise leads through field marketing, digital marketing support, local networking, exhibitions, and business references.
• Identify potential locations and business partners for new Lov Momoz outlets across Odisha.
• Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospects.
• Coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes.
• Assist in franchise outlet launch planning and execution.

Franchise Operations Management:

• Regularly visit franchise outlets and monitor operational performance.
• Ensure franchise partners follow brand SOPs, hygiene standards, pricing, and service quality.
• Support franchisees in local marketing activities and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with kitchen, supply chain, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Resolve franchisee concerns and provide operational support.

Marketing & Business Growth:

• Plan local promotional activities for franchise outlets.
• Build relationships with mall owners, property dealers, food courts, and commercial space owners.
• Help improve outlet sales through marketing campaigns and offers.
• Maintain franchise lead database and business reports.
