Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant specializing in momo preparation. The role involves assisting in dough making, filling preparation, shaping momos, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure consistent taste and quality.
- Prepare momo dough (kneading, portioning, resting)
- Assist in preparing fillings (veg/non-veg) as per standard recipes
- Shape and fold momos with consistency and speed
- Operate steaming equipment and ensure proper cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety standards and storage guidelines
- Assist in cutting vegetables, marination, and basic prep work
- Ensure proper portion control and minimal wastage
- Support chefs during peak hours and rush periods
- Clean utensils, workstations, and equipment after use
