Job Description
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Stewards/Waiters to provide excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should be courteous, attentive, and capable of maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, offers, and recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform supervisors when necessary.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Promote upselling of menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase sales.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during duty hours.
