We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive sales growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand market coverage.

Reporting ToArea Sales Manager (ASM)

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive primary and secondary sales of Bindu Beverages products within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key market accounts.
• Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
• Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
• Conduct regular market visits and retailer engagement activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor operations.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the ASM.
• Candidate ProfileEducational QualificationGraduate Fresher – Eligible
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) candidates with relevant FMCG/Beverage sales experience may also be considered.

• Candidates with experience in handling multiple counter sales outlets, retail route sales, or general trade sales will be given preference.
• Age CriteriaMinimum Age: 30 Years
• Other RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler (Bike Mandatory).
• Valid Driving License required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Net Take Home Salary (as per experience category)
• Fixed TA/DA: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month
