Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC Wood Router Machines at customer sites. The candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and be willing to travel for machine installation and service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of CNC Wood Router Machines.
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
- Routine preventive maintenance and servicing of machines.
- Inspection and replacement of machine components when required.
- Diagnosing faults in controllers, drives, motors, sensors, and wiring.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
- Preparing service reports and maintaining service records.
- Coordinating with the technical team for issue resolution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service support.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and control panels.
- Understanding of motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and drives.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC machines will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- EligibilityITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
