Job Summary:

CREDAXIS is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining loan products, and generating quality leads. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided data or leads.
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, and other financial services offered by CREDAXIS.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and assist them in the loan application process.
• Maintain customer details and update call status in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call targets, login targets, and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products or loan services (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience:

• 0–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, or financial services preferred.
