Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Captain and Waiter staff to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth floor operations. The Captain will supervise and lead the service team, while the Waiter will focus on guest service and order handling.
Service & Guest Handling
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to management when required
- Upsell special dishes, combos, and beverages to increase sales
- Floor & Team Management (Captain Role)
Supervise waiters and stewards during shifts
- Allocate table sections and manage seating
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Monitor table turnover and peak-hour management
- Ensure service standards and discipline are maintained
Operational Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards
- Assist in billing and POS handling
- Support daily sales targets and restaurant growth
