About the Role:

Ajanta Products is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Factory Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility located at Daniawan, Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in factory operations, and the ability to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the overall operations of the manufacturing unit.
• Lead production planning and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, dispatch, procurement, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Minimize production downtime and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and present performance updates to management.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff and departmental supervisors.
• Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 10–15 years in manufacturing or factory operations, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in manufacturing units or factories will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems, inventory control, and factory administration.
• Ability to handle multiple departments and work under pressure to achieve business objectives.

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
