Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Pick items from shelves as per customer orders using a handheld device/app
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of items picked
- Pack items safely to avoid damage during delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for inventory handling
- Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth order handover
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
