Job Title: AutoCAD Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to create precise technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate 2D and 3D designs for projects.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using AutoCAD software
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and design concepts from engineers or architects
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project files
• Coordinate with team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Perform site measurements if required
• Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D)
• Knowledge of drafting standards and technical drawing principles
• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Education & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsman (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
• Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
• Experience with other design tools (e.g, SolidWorks, or SketchUp)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience in a specific industry (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
