Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export & International Marketing Executive to 

manage export operations, develop international business opportunities, and maintain 

relationships with overseas clients. The candidate will be responsible for export documentation, 

international customer communication, market research, lead generation, and coordination of 

global shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Operations:

• Handle complete export documentation and shipment processes. 

• Prepare export documents such as: 

o Commercial Invoice 

o Packing List 

o Bill of Lading (B/L) 

o Certificate of Origin 

o Shipping Bill 

o Insurance Documents 

o Letter of Credit (LC) documents 

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transport agencies. 

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international customers. 

• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies. 

• Maintain export records, shipment status, and documentation files. 

International Marketing:

• Identify new international markets and business opportunities. 

• Generate export leads through online portals, email marketing, trade fairs, and 

networking. 

• Communicate with overseas clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, pricing, and 

order processing. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors. 

• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends. 

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to fulfill customer requirements. 

• Support branding and promotional activities in international markets. 

• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and export performance reports. 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation. 

• Good communication and negotiation skills. 

• Knowledge of international marketing and lead generation techniques. 

• Understanding of Incoterms, LC terms, and global logistics. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software. 

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, International 

Business, or related field. 

• 2–5 years of experience in export operations and international marketing. 

• MBA in International Business/Marketing will be an added advantage. 

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in handling overseas clients and international business development. 

• Knowledge of B2B portals such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc. 

• Experience with digital marketing for international markets. 

• Knowledge of export incentives and banking documentation.
