Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming IndiaMART inquiries, call leads, qualify customer requirements, share quotations, follow up regularly, update lead status in CRM/Excel, coordinate with sales/operations team, and convert leads into orders.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 6 months to 2 years experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, or IndiaMART lead handling.


  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
