·       Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and general ledger accounts.

·       Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and incoming payments

.

·       Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile GL accounts.

·       Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and balance sheets.

·       Compliance & Audits: Support tax preparation and assist with internal or external audits.

·       Journal Entries: Prepare and post adjusting journal entries.
