Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Production Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production workflows. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining production records, and contributing to quality and efficiency improvements on the shop floor. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build their engineering expertise and grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage assembly and production activities
• Monitor production schedules, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards
• Supervise machine assembly, wiring, integration, and testing processes
• Coordinate with design, R&D, and quality teams to resolve technical and production issues
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and minimal downtime
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities, BOM usage, and quality checks
• Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of machines when required
• Plan and coordinate with Laser, Bending, and Fabrication teams on the production floor
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain smooth production flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in machinery, automation, or equipment manufacturing
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, and machine assembly
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, sensors, motors, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills
